Shipping
1) LeabXplore aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase, as mentioned on the product page.
2) Parcels will be shipped out on the next day of successful payment, excluding Weekends and Public Holiday. We will generate an email with tracking number to your email address to inform you about the complere shipping process. However, Poslaju usually update the tracking number on their official website at the evening or the next day.
3) Poslaju - (1-3 Business Days, require signature)
Poslaju (also known as EMS) combines the best of both POS ekspres and POS Daftar. A tracking number will be sent via email to the buyers once shipment is made. Buyers are allowed to track and trace their parcels. Signatory is required upon receipt of the parcel.
Delivery Charges
4) Free of charge delivery for any purchase above RM250.00 within Peninsular Malaysia. Delivery charges for other purchase will start from RM 8.00 per kilogram within Peninsular Malaysia.
5) Delivery charges to Sabah & Sarawak as below:

Return Policy
You may return your order or items for any of the following reasons:
1) You received a damaged or defect item from the courier.
2) We have send the wrong item (model, color, size) to you.
3) You have proof of purchase (order number, delivery note, bank statement).
4) The goods must be in an 'as new' condition (not used) and retained in its original, undamaged packing along with the accessories (including labels, warranty, card, certificate of authenticity) and any free gifts received with it.

6) Please keep the tracking number issued by any of the courier services you use for the parcel you shipment back to us. We will not be responsible for lost of items or items damaged during the delivery back for exchange. Hence, customer are advised to pack the item properly to ensure that the item would not be damaged in transit or used registered mail if sending via normal post.
7) Once we received your returned item, we will send an sms or email to notify you with our evaluation within 5 days.
8) The delivery cost for the return of the products shall be borne by you.
9) We will only process a refund should we have run out of stock for the selected item. All other refunds will not be accepted.
10) We will not entertain any exchanged reasons due to dissatisfaction of color, material or size by customer.
